What is mobile phone unlocking?
Most mobile phones are locked to a specific service provider (ie. Vodafone, Meteor, O2). This is the carriers way of deterring you from changing networks. But by providing details about your mobile, we are able to produce a unique code that will unlock your phone allowing you to move networks and/or use different SIM cards.
How does unlocking work?
Once you purchase your unlock code, all you have to do is follow the instructions in the email, type in the unlock code to your phone, and your phone will be unlocked. No special tools or software needed!
How do I use the code to unlock my phone?

Why are some codes available instantly and others take a few days?
Unlocking codes that are are instant are calculated via our in-house software. Others we source elsewhere and these are the ones that take a few days. Please be patient, we will notify you when the codes are ready, even if we're unsuccessful. And in the unlikely event of this happening you will be given a complete refund.
If my mobile isn't listed, can it still be unlocked?
Yes. If you do not see your mobile listed in our unlock form, please give us a ring or send us an email with the following information: phone make, model, country & network carrier along with your IMEI number and we can provide you will the proper code.
What if the unlock code doesn't work?
In the unlikely event that the unlock code doesn't work, please call us. We have experience in unlocking all different types mobile phones and can walk you through the processes. If the unlocking still doesn't work, we may provide an alternate unlock code. If we can not unlock your mobile phone, you will be refunded fully.
How do I find my IMEI number?
To find your 15-digit IMEI serial number: type/call *#06# and press send/call to display the IMEI number on-screen. If this does not work, you IMEI number is also displayed behind the battery in your phone or on the original box, but the best method is to retrieve the IMEI from your phone. Batteries and boxes can be switched and IMEI number could be swapped.
Do I need a special cable or software to unlock my phone?
No, we determine your unique unlocking code and send it you with detailed instructions on how to perform the unlock yourself.
Is it illegal to unlock your mobile phone?
No, unlocking your mobile phone is completely legal.
Can unlocking my mobile damage my phone?
There is no risk of damaging your mobile when applying unlock codes. Each phone has an in-built unlock code pre-programmed in to it when it is manufactured. The codes we provide are the same codes that you would receive from the network or the manufacturer of your handset if they were to unlock it. Unlocking by code is completely risk free.
Does unlocking my phone void the manufacturers warranty?
No, we use approved manufacturer methods of unlocking handsets. Unlocking will not make any difference to your warranty.
Will unlocking change/delete my personal settings?
No. The unlocking will only remove the phone's SIM card restrictions all other data like contacts, ringtones, photos, emails will be kept intact.
Can I unlock more than one phone on your website?
