Please read before using our unlock server.
(1) Some codes can be calculate with a few hours but for some makes and models codes can take up to 2 days.
(2) Job can not be cancelled once submitted.
(3) Order will be rejected if you provide wrong information. (PHONE MODEL, IMEI, NETWORK). Please select correct phone serial if phone model is not in the list.
Refund Policy
(1) We cannot offer refunds if the phone you are trying to unlock is already unlocked.
(2) We will not refund orders placed for unlocking barred phones, stolen phones, or phones reported as 'lost' by the original owner.
(3) "Cannot Undo Restriction" or "Not Allowed" means target handset has been subject to a previous unlocking attempt! Refunds will NOT be given in such circumstances.
(4) We can offer refunds only for codes that were received but not working.We have the right to ask for further proof that the code indeed did not work. This may include providing video evidence or sending the phone to us for verification. Please contact administrator by phone or email.
